About Me

With over 22 years of experience in the tech industry, I've honed my skills as a full-time software developer, working on a variety of projects and exploring the possibilities of technology. Early in my career, I gained expertise in financial systems and even wrote my own accounting software, AccountGo (https://github.com/AccountGo/accountgo), specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) lacking proper financial management. Although the project is still in progress, the interest generated has been highly encouraging and I hope to bring AccountGo to completion and make it accessible to SMEs worldwide.

My entrepreneurial journey started seven years ago, where I joined forces with the founder of CavalRe, to launch a startup called Coherent Asia, which later became Axia Corporation (Thailand). Despite working for almost a year without a salary, our perseverance and teamwork paid off when we secured our first investment. This experience further strengthened my belief in the power of determination and teamwork. I think a separate post dedicated to my experice working with my former co-founder is warranted, as I would like to share how incdedible my experience was. I've learned a lot.

In the last three years, I've continued to demonstrate my work ethic and capabilities through my work at Beehive Asia. I joined the company in 2019 - the year the company was established. Working alongside with its founder, we established ourselves and proved to Sherpa - our first client in Singapore, that we can get things done. I took on the challenge of coding a backend REST API for a proof of concept (POC) of the clients protection score calculation model, which was offered to an insurance company in Thailand and met with great success. This and amongst others, led to the growth of the company from just the two of us to a peak of 20. For the past three years, and continuing to present, Beehive has been the company's technology partner. Under my leadership and in collaboration with our team, we have played a crucial role in the company's success.

Hard work and determination are the key factors of every team I am taking the lead. I never give up easily and I am always willing to put in extra effort to ensure the job is done right. Whether I'm working on a new project, coaching my team, or sharing my knowledge with others in the tech community, I always strive to be the best version of myself.
